Uganda Change Agent Association's National Annual operating budget is estimated at Nine Hundred and Fifty million Uganda Shillings (UShs. 950,000,000) approximately Five Hundred and thirty thousand United States Dollars (US $ 530,000.00).

This budget is financed through external grants from European funding agencies, membership recruitment and other activities.
