Institutional development Programme (Mainstreaming Cross-cutting issues and Financing the Strategic Plan)
Institutional capacity development will enhance UCAA’s ability to effectively achieve its goals and objectives. This will involve strengthening its governance systems, processes, management and leadership and building the capacity of its staff and other stakeholders to improve performance and sustainability.
Specific objectives: To strengthen Institutional capacity of UCAA to provide HRBA to development to deliver on its vision, mission and objectives efficiently and effectively.
Expected results
1.Change Agent Training(CAT) courses maintained and promoted in all regions and districts of Uganda
2.Family planning principles mainstreamed and promoted
3.Organizational capacity in HRBA, governance, management and leadership strengthened
